Be quick and catch the Anna Bunting-Branch installation at the Jerwood Space this week, before it closes on 26 February. Picked by the Evening Standard as one of the exciting young artists to watch out for in 2017, and a Bloomberg New Contemporaries alumni, Bunting-Branch showcases new work as part of the Jerwood Solo Presentation commission,The Labours of Barren House. Language, storytelling and identity are explored through science fiction to generate new and imaginative resonances. The works are based on her research at the University of Oregon drawing inspiration from the feminist constructed language Láadan, developed by linguist and science fiction author Suzette Haden Elgin in 1982. Show ends on 26 February 2017.
